Refund policy

At Meltem Özbek, each piece is carefully crafted and undergoes a thorough quality control process before it is delivered to you.

As our collections consist of limited-production, design-focused pieces, we do not accept returns.

However, please contact us if:

• Your order arrives damaged,

• You receive an incorrect item,

• Your item has a manufacturing defect.

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags attached.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide an exchange or another appropriate resolution if the claim is approved.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom-made or personalized items,

• Products that have been altered at the customer's request,

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear after delivery.
