Shipping policy

Every order is carefully prepared and securely packaged before shipment.

For ready-to-wear collection items, orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

For international orders, the estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local courier services in the destination country.

For custom-made and made-to-order pieces, the production and delivery timeframe varies depending on the design and manufacturing process. An estimated delivery date will be provided once your order has been confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
